Today we are releasing the new EP “Kirkjufell“ by our freshly signed artist David Can. The EP contains four tracks and is available in all well-known download stores and streaming services.

Making life a cinematic experience, that’s the goal of Berlin based composer and producer David Can. His debut EP “Kirkjufell“ is a mixture of the genres ambient, deep house and film soundtrack. He gains much inspiration from artists like Ólafur Arnalds, Tom Ashbrook and Nils Frahm among others. Besides music, he pays attention to the nuances of the world: sounds of everyday life, the sound of speech and nature. You will hear it in his songs.

I was so hyped when syndicate and syndicate wars came out and it was a revolution, adding a new genre to what was available as gameplay back then. The soundtrack was pretty dark, too, and it is fun knowing State Azure remembers. soulprisma
